About the Program
This Program offers training opportunities designed to provide Bahraini professionals with both the strategic understanding and practical tools necessary to seamlessly integrate AI into their work processes.
The below three training opportunities align with the aim of the initiative to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and ensure responsible and ethical AI usage in industries across Bahrain
1. AI Generalist:
Comprehensive training program equips Bahraini professionals with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively integrate AI tools into their workflows.
In addition to the AI Generalist training, there will be an additional one-day course dedicated to professionals from the following sectors: Content Creation, Financial Servies, Education, and Startups. The training provider will determine upon enrollment if the professional is eligible to this additional sector-specific course based on their work experience.
2. AI Specialists:
Training program aimed at AI Specialists to train them to build AI tools

3. AI For Executives:
Tailored workshop for executive-level individuals to equip business leaders with the insights needed to navigate and leverage AI for innovation and growth

Eligibility Criteria
AI Generalist:
- Employee must be a Bahraini national
- 18 years or above
- Foundational information technology (IT) literacy
AI Specialist:
- Employee must be a Bahraini national
- 18 years or above
- Additional eligibility criteria will be available soon
AI For Executives:
- Employee must be a Bahraini national
- 18 years or above
- Employed at executive or chief level or self-employed entrepreneur leading an organization at an executive, chief, or equivalent level.

Support Mechanism
We will support 100% of the training program costs such as exam fees, membership fees, study materials and tuition where applicable and up to the approved cap amount.

How is the training course delivered?
All training opportunities (AI Generalist, AI Specialist & AI for Executive) will be In-person training to ensure interactive learning.

What is the duration of the Program?
- AI Generalist Course: 3 days (An additional day will be provided for professionals selected for the sector-specific course mentioned in the About the Program.)
- AI Specialist Course: Additional information will be available soon
- AI For Executives: The program consists of a one-day workshop. Following the workshop, participants will engage through one-on-one meetings or small group discussions to assess their progress. This follow-up will highlight successes in implementing AI initiatives, identify any challenges encountered, and provide ongoing guidance to address and overcome obstacles.

Will participants receive a certificate upon completing the program? If so, what type of certification will be awarded?
Yes. Participants for all training opportunities (AI Generalist, AI Specialist & AI for Executives) will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program, recognizing their skills in AI applications.
