Description:
To lead employer demand research, sector intelligence production, occupational standards development, and the national skills taxonomy for Skills Bahrain, ensuring all interventions are evidence-based and industry-grounded. The role is the organizational authority on skills intelligence and competence definitions, leads the Skills Intelligence team, and is accountable for the quality, relevance, and timeliness of all research outputs and for ensuring they directly inform program design, policy, and investment decisions across Skills Bahrain. Candidates should hold a Master's degree (strongly preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Labor Studies, Economics, Education, or Business Administration, with 10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience and demonstrated leadership of teams or functions.
